心血管药理研究
心血管疾病具有高发病率、高死亡率以及高治疗费用等特点,严重影响人民健康和国民经济。本研究组从心血管疾病,如心肌缺血再灌注损伤、心肌纤维化、动脉粥样硬化等临床难题出发,整合多层组学分析、体内外生物学功能验证,发现影响心血管疾病发生的关键靶点;侧重靶点在调控巨噬细胞以及炎症信号通路,参与病理生理过程机制研究;最终以目标靶点为基础,结合现代分子生物学、药理学以及蛋白质结构等技术,从经典中药以及内源性脂质介质中筛选靶标药物,并阐明其治疗心血管疾病的药理作用。
